From
15 July 2004 through December 20, 2004 our patrons entered to win a free vacation
to The Bahamas, in many instances with accommodations and many bonus items -
a collection offered by our Sponsors. We offered these prizes to those who entered
our contest and provided the correct responses to the contest questions. It
was also required that full contact information be provided which will only
be used to provide winner confirmation. A drawing was be held on February
14th, 9:45 p.m. in Count Basie Square at Port Lucaya on Grand Bahama Island
and the winners notified at that time.
Prize winners will have one year within which to make use of your prizes (unless otherwise restricted by the donors). For more details about inclusions, limitations and blackout dates visit the Contest Rules Page.
The
prizes offered are for many of the Islands of the Bahamas. To read about the

answers to the questions were readily available either the Bahamas Vacation

No one could qualify to be in the drawing unless you got all the questions right! Once again Karen Ferguson-Bain ensured the evening had very special entertainment.
It was a grand Valentine's celebration at Port Lucaya. At intermission both
the Freeport Jeweller's contest was drawn and the Bahamas Vacation Guide as
well.
And the Winner IS!!!!!
This is Loren of Freeport Jeweller's. Each person making a jewelry purchase from February 1st through the 14th at Freeport Jeweller's was entered into their contest.
During intermission they drew the lucky winner of
a piece of fine jewelry - Joyce Bent!

Abaco Island the prize is:
Abaco Outback half day kayak nature tour for two and the winner is Molly Lindsey of Columbus, Ohio.
On Andros Island the prize is:
A 3 night all inclusive resort stay at Small Hope Bay Lodge, Fresh Creek, Andros. The winner is Rebecca Dunn of Greenville, NC.
On Grand Bahama Island the prizes are:
#1 - Accommodations for 6 nights at Marty Untch's
privately owned
vacation rental on beach front, Coral Beach Studio, and a
fishing trip for two adults with
Lil B Fishing. The winner
is Carol Murphy of Albuquerque NM.
#2 - Accommodations for up to 5 persons for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom condo from Hampton Court, Grand Bahama Vacation Rentals and a boat tour of the well-to-do homes on the Bell Channel waterway from Vacation Watersports, Bahamas Boat Rentals. The winner is David Leach of Richardson, TX.
#3 - A four night stay at #3
