To enter you can simply fill out the entry form and correctly answer the contest questions.

These prizes will be offered for many of the Islands of the Bahamas. The prizes will be combined, when possible, to make more complete award packages. General

Anyone may enter once per email address who is age 18 or older - except employees of BVG Design Services, creators of the Bahamas Vacation Guide or said employees immediate relatives, spouses and in-laws. Also, no owner or employee of any donor may participate in this contest nor may their immediate relatives. Be sure to include all mandatory fields, as well as fields pertaining to prize notification information which will ONLY be used for that purpose and will not be sold or otherwise distributed - otherwise we will have to disregard your entry. We must be able to contact you to give you the prizes you have won. You must answer all questions correctly to qualify. All questions are derived from information readily available in the database of the Bahamas Vacation Guide and/or The Bahamian.

All qualifying entries will be collected from 1 March 2005 through December 20, 2005 at which time they will be given to an independent party, not affiliated with BVG Design Services, creators of the Bahamas Vacation Guide, for a drawing in February, 2006. Said parties to be assigned and designated well in advance of drawing. The winners will be announced and then notified by the method(s) they have selected upon contest entry form. Winners will also be posted upon the Contest Entry Page within 48 hours of drawing. Winners will be asked to provide a report and photo about their trip after taking it.

You may claim your vacation at anytime within a year following the drawing but it is subject to availability and limited by blackout dates as listed below. Some donors will offer only limited timeframes that you may redeem your prize and we are not in control of these restrictions and will be held harmless for any inconveniences this may cause any winner. You will be asked to submit favoured dates as well as back up dates when claiming your vacation prize. All efforts will be made to schedule the vacation claim at the first requested set of dates but it is dependent upon availability of accommodations and other offerings. You must submit your request 45 days prior to intended travel for most of our sponsors to be able to accommodate your requests (varies by availability so don't deter from submitting with less notice - ask). The prizes are offered as is and have no cash value.

Blackout Dates

The following dates are not available for claiming your free vacation:
January 1, 2006 through January 26, 2006
February 10, 2006 through February 26, 2006
April 22, 2006 through May 2, 2006
November 20, 2006 through November 28, 2006
December 20, 2006 through January 1, 2007

• Hampton Court Vacation Rentals, Freeport, Grand Bahama - requires a $300 refundable security deposit - cleaning fee waived if unit left in neat and orderly fashion.
• #3 Hampton Court, Freeport, Grand Bahama condo - requires a $300 refundable security deposit - cleaning fee waived if unit left in neat and orderly fashion.
• Small Hope Bay Lodge in Andros requires 4% of actual accommodation and meal value as gratuities.
• Cape Santa Maria in Long Island requires hotel taxes be paid based upon actual value of stay.
• Lil B Fishing Charters on Grand Bahama Island is not wheelchair assessable.
• Continental Airlines: winner responsible for payment of all taxes and airport facility use fees.

You will receive the accommodations, transportation (if any), as well as activities or endowments as set forth in your winners notification. Said prizes are awarded based upon two persons (unless otherwise specified by prize donor). Any additional persons in your party must pay any charges associated with participation in the vacation. This includes any extra person fees in the accommodations (naturally any taxes, surcharges or gratuities), transportation fees, activities or meals.
