We are located on the south shore of Grand Bahama Island about 75 yards from a beautiful white sandy beach. For shopping and restaurants, we are within walking distance to Port Lucaya. This is the hub of tourist activity on the island and boasts numerous shops as well as sidewalk cafés and quite a few excellent restaurants.

All of our apartments are self contained two-bedroom one-bathroom units with fully equipped kitchens. All linen and utensils are provided. All units have ceiling fans, and are air-conditioned. On the premises there are laundry facilities and a picnic site for barbecues and relaxation.

• Daily - $140.00 (minimum 2 days rental)
• Weekly - $700.00
• Monthly - $2,400.00
• 5th. person (max) add $50.00 per night.
• Special discount to cancer patients (call for details)
• One cleaning by maid service $50.00 at end of rental
  Maximum rental three months (longer terms subject to negotiation)
• There are no additional taxes.

A fifty percent deposit will be required to confirm reservations. The balance is due in full on arrival.
We accept bank drafts, certified personal cheques and traveller's cheques.
