The Riviera Villas provides everything that you need for a "just-want-to-relax-soaking-up-the-sun-sand-and-ocean" get-away, while also being within walking distance to shopping and island attractions. You are minutes to everything from ex- hilarating water, air and off-road adventures, to relaxing games of golf in one of the nearby courses, to tranquil bird-watching and botanical tours - and so much more.

Your Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, or, for those who like to dine out, you have fun & funky Bahamian beach restaurants, good value family-style eating, as well as upscale dining - all within walking distance.

Our Villas are comprised of 24 privately owned garden apartments in 3, 2-storey buildings. Some units are occupied by vacationing owners, while other owners rent their fully outfitted apartments to you throughout the year.

Each cozy, air conditioned, non smoking unit has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and provides linens, utensils and other items that make your "home-away-from-home" vacation experience worry free. Cable TV is provided in each unit and free internet access is available on site. And yes, we also have laundry facilities and a picnic area for you to barbecue!
